Work is being done by Unusual Fabrication. Everything was built in house. 4-link, gussets, bungs, bag mounts, all the tubing bent up, cross members, fuel cell. Frame holds 5 gallons of air. York 210 EDC will keep it full. Using 5150 12" shocks with reservoir. Never had the motivation to make one of these but since my truck has been on a steady pace figured what the hell why not. Pictures will be updated as it goes.
looks good man. did you figure out about how many gal. of air your frame would hold??
I myself didn't. But the builder Unusual Fabrication calculated it up.
thats easy though LengthxWidthxHeight so if the frame was 5 ft - 60inx2.624x1.624 this assumes a 2x3 square tube with a 3/16" wall
frame tanks are always cool.
usually cool till you drag threw it or a weld rots away then your fucked

The measures were taken to have a nice reliable system. Gussets to spread the load to reduce stress on the joints. Water trap to keep most the water out. Por15 on the frame. The section of the frame that holds the air don't touch the ground and I don't drag so I am good there. Something does break in the future hopefully they still make steel and welding wire. Not trying to be a dick but I do think realistically.
