Trucks shakes when first going into reverse??

my truck shakes alittle bit at first when i start to back up. its a 5 speed manuel, dont know why it does it. just started doing it recently...any idea??

are you running a reverse 4 link?

if you go in reverse and it shakes, does it shake when you go back to 1st gear?

Does the truck seem to idle rough when it shakes? Is that where the shaking is coming from?

no no, it just shakes when i go into reverse and start to move, it does it pretty bad. its a 5 speed standard. would the tranny xmember being loose cause it? it doesnt do it driving foward out of any gear, just reverse....
