A Day to Celebrate!

For the few of you that give a crap (LOL), I just thought I would share a bit of my good news that I always bring up every year on this day. Today I celebrate being 11 years in remission from cancer!!

Damn that is awesome. My mom has cancer in her lymphnodes by her lungs. She just done with her first round of treatments and we are awaiting a scan to see if it is in remission. It is hell watching her go through it. Glad to hear one more story about someone beating it. What kind of cancer did you have?

I had Hodgkin's lymphoma. It was in my lymph nodes around my lungs, too...a 14 cm tumor which is about the size of a large grapefruit.
