Doing a 3/4 ton rearend swap on my dually. It's a 99 Obs 2wd. Do I need any of the parts off of the hubs of my 1 ton rear end?

Don't have the $$$$$. Right now i'm sitting at $750 for adapters and machined wheels. I found a rear end for $400 and I've got somebody that is buying mine for $400. The only other thing I'm going to need are tires. Hell no, can't get rid of the duall's, then i'd be in low95's group hahahahahahaha!

$400 for a rear end. I get them all day between $50 and $120 complete. The full floater 14 are a dime a dozen in the off road section since they are big and heavy. People usually try to almost give them away just to get rid of them. That is a good idea to get the single wheel rear end to narrow the axle. Gotta love the many combinations you can come up with in the 14 bolts.

I've called 8 salvage yards in a 60 mile radius from me and that's the cheapest i've found. I've had mulitple quote me $850!!!! I informed them how intelligent they were. $50-$120 is insane, wish I could find one. What year 3/4 ton will work on the 88-98 1 tons?
