anyone who knows 521's

I recently purchased a 521,I need to know where on the truck,if any besides the data plate is a VIN #.....Is the proper VIN the 6 digit "CAR NO." at the bottom of the data plate, or is there another????

the only one i found on mine was in the drivers door.theres a data plate under the hood but it didn't have the vin on it.
