Ok a 61 impala is not like most later chevy font ends. For the front suspension- how and or what kind of trimming do i need to do to the frame. Becuase on a later chevy frame, you trim the out side on the frame, but the impala is different. I need some help.

HEY BROI HAVE A 60 IMPALA, IT'S PRETTY MUCH THE SAME AS THE 61, THEY'RE BOTH "X" FRAMES, IF YOU RUN SLAM BAGS(26'S) IN THE FRONT YOU WON'T HAVE TO TRIM NOTHING. IT IS SO EASY TO BAG THESE CARS.

how low are you trying to go and on what size wheels? you might have problems with the driveshaft depending on what your doing you might have to invest in a good telescoping driveshaft. 58-64 had the same frame.
