Sup,
Got an 88 hardbody 2wd and would like to bolt on some 5 x 4.5 toyota 2wd spindles/hubs assemblies with yota rotors/calipers being necessary i'm assuming?
Will the toyota balljoints and steering bolt into the nissan?
Do i need to grab the yota steering tie rod ends?
What parts are necessary?
I'd really appriciate any info.I know my other options but I would like this specific question answered please. Could not find what I needed to know by search.
Thanks alot.
you just have to get spindals machined to fit nissan hub everything else will bolt up im pretty sure
I don't want to use the nissan hub on the toyota spindle... ? I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
Im pretti sure her meant get your nissan spindle machined to fit the toyota hub then you dont got to worry about changing all you tie rods and all that
And BTW I do machine the spindles to accept the toyota hub correctly for $110 shipped back to you let me know if I can be of assiatance....John
the toyota hubs go right onto the nissan spindle u only have to change the seal in the hubs and put spacers on the brake caliper..takes bout 30min to do..i will see if i can find the federal mogul seal stk # been 3yrs since i did mine
I recommend John, good guy, knows his shit too! Then you don't have to worry about spacers, seals, or bump steer.
94 toyota axle for sale if you dont already have one.

this is the wrong way to do it.. the yota hub is physically a 1/4 of an inch too deep.. thus the needing for a machined spindle. all it does is allow the hub to fit on all of the shaft.. take your front end apart, i bet your hub is into the threads.. BAD. mine lasted 3 or so years and then broke doing 75 on the highway. destroyed my hub and spindle.
