02 Silverado...will the rims tuck?

Sorry to ask another offset question, but with this truck it seems to get tricky. Im baggin it and right now the rims im running dont have the offset i need. Im lookin at some zinik z9, 22x9.5 with a 35mm offset. Will these work without having to modify the body or rear end at all?

i run a 40mm and it works
