98 Accord, master/slave cylinder questions. Auto to manual. Need help!

I am trying to do an auto to manual conversion on my 98 Accord. The master and slave cylinders are different than the 97-previous. I was hoping I could get 12mm and 10mm fittings to do a SS braided hydraulic line but nope, not happening. There are no threads on the inside where you put the fittings for the hydraulic line. So I need to know what to do. Does this make any sense??

What size are the fittings for the line on the master and slave cylinders, etc?
