Just Wondering what Offset that ill need On a 22x9

I have an 04 f-150 heratige, Same as the 97-03 f150s, On a 22x9 or 22x9.5 rim what offset am i lookin at runnin to tuck it cause im bagged and bodydropped. Any info appreicated/
