My Healthy Phase

So, my new years resolution like the last few years has been to lose weight and get in shape and stop eating junk food. So far I have been accomplishing it. I have lost 11 pounds so far. Cut down the junk food tremendously and have promised myself to not drink any alcohol until Spring Fling in March. Don't know if that will happen but we will see. Have taken up drinking green tea which i think has helped me lose my craving for sweets. Anyone else going through a health phase?

Been on and off of one for like 4 years. Cant seem to stay in the gym for more than 2-3 months before I quit for 6-10.

Its a lot harder than it looks to lift weights and have healthy eating habits. Day in and day out. For me anyways, to many distractions.

its hard being in college and trying to eat good lol, i just grab something at the corner store and grub between class.

thats my resolution too, i just havent started yet LOL

may start soon though, need to just to be healthier.

I'm working on not eating as much junk food and staying away from the alcohol until spring time at least, its only fun drinking in the garage around here.
