offset on a 23x10 wheel

Will a 23x10" wheel with a +20 offset fit on my 97-03 ford f-150 thats bodydropped without sticking all out all ghetto and fuckin up my fenders? and is 295/30/23" a good tire to run on these? and how tall is that?

not too sure about the fenders, but the tire is 30" tall
there should be some in the owner profiles with something around there
