hardbody clutch/tranny problems?

ok, ive got a 93 nissan harbody that i bought and im planning on baggin it... however it makes the most god awful noise while driving ... when i bought it off the guy i thought it was the throwout bearing but it also does it while driving down the road... the only gear it doesnt do it in is 4th... its a bad grinding noise piolot bearing maybe? anyone had this problem?

carrier bearing? they usually only make noise when your real low though

i dont even have mine bagged yet though... the only reason i posted was because i was looking at the same year truck on ebay (stock truck) and the guy said his was doing the same thing so i figured it was probably a commin thing with a hard body..... anyone?
