what rims do i need

sup everyone, i got a 91 accord that is bagged. i have 18x8" rims that have 5 series tires on them. i am having a problem with my front 2 rims because they are to wide.. can i get a 18" rim that is only 7" wide in a Accord bolt pattern?

dont know about the 18's but i had some TIS 03s on my accord and they where 20x7.5 so id imagine somebody makes some 18s like that. then again i may be wrong so dont quote me!
