My headlights are so bad i cant see anything.

i have an 89' crx with brand new headlights from silver star. my linse is completly clean and i still dont have much night visibility. anyone else have this problem?

i would check your ground which should be connected to your radiator support or two the inner fender. thats what it sounds like to me.
