Wheel backer/cover thing-a-ma-bobs?

Hey My girl is looking for those discs that slip behind the rim and cover the brakes.anyone know what there called or where to get em(online).There for her daily,its a 91 civic on 17" konigs(also,what size disc should I buy?),Im just too lazy to paint brakes and too cheap an upgrade.Thanks
