But, my girlfriend is a loan processor for a mortgage company here in Houston, so when she decided to buy a condo, she did it all herself. rusty you should see the database for the DA (directory assistance) company i work for. locksmiths are the worst, you can pull up a city like atlanta, ga or other large city and there will be 1000 company listings but only maybe 70 companies, for instance:
