welder question

ok i have a 180 Miller and i was welding and tha fucker just stoped sending wire out tha gun . ita got half aroll of wire left. but its like it doesnt want to turn tha roll of wire. idk HELP!!!! it sucks ass !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

take the tip off and pull, if it dont come, might have a kink in the wire, pull the wire back out of the lead, cut it off, and thread it back in.

you can also check the tension on the wire roll if it is too tight it might cause it also. also check that you dont have a kink in your liner, or if you were welding a lot you could have overheated it and it put itself in protection mode which then you just have to wait a bit for it to come back on. those are just a few things i could think of with out looking at it good luck

are the feed wheels turning when you hit the triger, if not check where they plug into, check with a volt meter or test light and see if your getting power to the feed motor, and you may need a new feed motor, and if they are spining, check what these guys said,

thanx guys i found out that it over heated . it has a breaker on it and it just filled it but thanx guys. it never fails if you cant figger it out as another Minitrucker
