Ok, so I am 25 and I am the only person I know that is a big fan of the Andy Griffith show. Call me crazy but I love that show and I had great respect for Don Knotts. Maybe he was a cornball deputy Fife but he had an outstanding acting career. RIP man thanks for the laughter.
LOS ANGELES - Don Knotts, who kept generations of TV audiences laughing as bumbling Deputy Barney Fife on "The Andy Griffith Show" and would-be swinger landlord Ralph Furley on "Three's Company," has died. He was 81. Knotts died Friday night of pulmonary and respiratory complications at the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center

Don Knotts was a great actor. Barney Fife is one of the Great characters that made the Andy Griffith Show a Timeless classic. I still love to watch the ghost and mister chicken when it comes on. I guess I'm showing my age.LOL I just heard the dad off of The Christmas story died today. That sucks I That movie.
