I was trying to lower my friends 03 jetta last night and I have not idea how to get the damn front strut out? I took out all the bolts and nothing. And why is every damn bolt on the car an odd size?

VW's aren't over engineered, just well engineered, I know it only takes about 5 minutes a side for me to take the struts out of my jetta. And the bolts are probably metric not just odd sized, at least my jetta is all metric. vwvortex.com is a great site for VW info. And any dealership is full of cars in the shop for service, that's what happens when you use something.....
