I was thinking of buying on just wondering if anyone owned one, if they liked it or thought it was worth the money? Does it take up a lot of room? It looks like it folds up pretty good. Well thanks for any help
I work for Bowling Bicycle inc in Pasadena Texas,I do service the bowflex extreme is really nice. I've built a few.
i have a bowflex, its pretty good. i have been trying to sell mine but people dont want to pay for it. I like it just dont get the time to use it anymore. i havent used it enough to even wear off the new on it.
got one of the older bowflex ultimates...nice machine but cost out the ass!...lots of attachments too
really nice machines.
their head office is in my city
I've heard complaints from people saying that it's hard to increase on 'em as far as the resistance goes...like you might not get past the first/easiest "bow"...a good, small bench and set of free-weights are much better IMO........
no but i know how to use a bowstaff... lolbut ot answer the question...no.
It depends on what you want to do.I wouldn't use one if I was trying to get strong I would only use it to tone.It all boils down on what you are trying to do.
