How do I get a picture to show up next to my owner profile??

I just changed some of my pictures around and deleted the old ones. I need to know how to get a pic to show up next to my profile? Is this a user setting or a webmaster option? Thanks

u go to the upload pics screen and after there approved there will be an option to display as thumbnail.
