"Suicide" Tailgate

Neone out there ever done this to there mazda?? wuts involved and how would u do it i was thinkin take the stock hinges and fbring em up to the sides and unhook on side of the latch so it can swing..ne help would be appreciated..

Sounds like you've got the right idea. I've seen it done with suicide hinges as well.

Thats the same idea that I want to do to my fullsize.

thats actually barndoor, suicide would be swinging upwards.
