22.5" wheel machining to 22"

hey all,im lookin at possibly buying 22.5" alcoas off a kenworth for my dually,but want to run lo pro 22" tires.does anyone have any idea who can machine them down or what it might cost??Ive heard of it being done,just dont know where to start...thanks
