93 ranger step side

i might be geting a ranger and wanted to know what year do not have ibeams i might swap front ends or do the mustang 2 sups up front or it even that hard to bag the front also with the stepside bed what the bigest wheels u can go with or without b/d dont know much about rangers but want to build one
