V8 swap in S10

i'm thinking about doing a 350 in my s10... just curious as to what all is involved what more am i goin to need aside from the motor and tranny .... i know there are a good # of u guys w/ V8 swaps on here... also advantages and disadvantages of running a carberated motor or shoudl i look into converting it in to fuel injected.... ???
