plude/acord ??

i had a prelude H22a engine in my accord and had to put another engine in. this one is a H22a1, do i need to get the correct cpu/comp/Ecu??. and would that make my not wanna go. it lags very bad.??and check eng. lite is on. any info appreacheated. if that makes sense.
