my friends has been lookin into baggin his 94 civic hatch...so im trying to help him out. what would the be the CHEAPEST, *yet reliable!* way to do this? and what would he be looking to spend? i think he's on a VERY tight budget, so he's just wondering if he'll have enough yet. also, what all is involved in bagging a car? i know it must be a lot easier and less expensive as bagging a truck. all responses greatly appreciated, thanks!
