Tire/Wheel Size Compatiblity

So i don't really see anything in this about wheel/tire sizes u can put on the truck...so im gonna ask a few general questions...

i want some 18x8 wheels...with 245/40-18 tires...will these fit...and NOT rub under hard cornering? and how low can i go before they start to rub, and can they tuck?

whats the widest wheel we can have that can tuck nicely and still be able to turn for some nice cornering?

any basic info on this would be awesome!
