suicide door hinge help

I'm gonna have to suicide the back doors on my burb, and i was wondering what people think would be the best route to go.  The yellow one just had the hinges and striker flipped to the other side, which did'nt open very far, but on the other hand i think it'll probably look stupid to have the front doors open regular, then have the back doors just flopped out.  Advice?
