primer question.... HELP

i primed my truck yesterday morning and it started raining a few hours later. this morning when i got in it i noticed the little herpes looking bubbles everywhere........ i guess the paint had not cured and the water messed it up. so i parked it in the sun at work and once it got hot the bubbles layed down...  i guess my question is... will that primer be ok now that it has settled back down? am i screwwed?  PLEASE HELPPPPPPP

it should be fine as long as the metal isnt rusted underneath the primer. what kind of primer?
