Any Techs in here?

Im having a difficult time finding out where my timing should be at on my 82 firebird it has a carb'd V6 engine code LC1, flames shot out of the carb and it runs a little off so im told my timing isn't where it should be but can't find what it should be at, any help would be appreciated

SHOULD BE AT 0 WITH THE ADVANCE DISABLED!
