HELP Paint PROBLEM!!!

so i base/cleared my street scence cal vu mirrors.
 
i have two good coats of clear on them, but there is particles in the clear.
 
how do i get those out? and what products do i use?

wet sand them out with 2000 i then like to use 3000 and buff the mirrors with compound then machine glaze and depending on the color the ultra fine glaze (blue stuff i only use that on darker colors)

ok thanks i really apprietate it.  i have never buffed before so what kind of compound after the 3000 grit?  also what kind of buffing wheel like a stitched one? sorry im just trying to learn  They are white  Thank you in advance.

just go to your paint suplier and they will hook you up.That would be the easiest thing to do.
