what to do about water spots?

like the title implies.  we reprimed my truck this weekend and it rained for 3 days after.  well stopped raining in the middle of the night and water dried on my bed sides and rails and i've got a healthy amount of spots.  Am needing any help or advice as to what to do since tex mex is in just a couple days. 

What kind of primer did you use ?

urethane from a company called autobahn...most haven't heard of it but it sprays pretty well from what i've seen

Block it and paint it. Or block it, reprime, and paint. Primer isn't designed to be exposed to the elements at all.
