Looking for help with a brand. Had to take it to the forums.....

I just bought a used set of 22" chrome face wheels for my fullsize Chevy at a great price.  I can not find what brand these wheels are though.
The center dome has K-9 on it.  Does anyone know who manufactures these or has anyone seen a dome with that on it?
I have searched all over the net for it and have came up with nothing.
Any help is appreciated.
