ford front end swap

looking at converting a f350 99-07 to the new 08 front end.... i know the obvious is fenders hood bumper headlights and such but besides core support is anythign else needed?

i never personally looked at it but i heard that it isnt just a direct bolt on

anybody else? got any input thanks for the heads up forever
