can I bypass the wire for the e break, so I watch it with out using the e braek,do you ground the wire or hook it to the remote wire.

on most units you just have to ground the wire.

Some decks you can't just ground the wire on. My roommates had to have a switch on that wire so it could be switched on & off to make the deck think the E-Brake was connected.
