New (to me) shop.

Well it's not exactly what I wanted but it's a start. I am in with another shop off of 19th ave and Peoria. Great location high traffic spot. And its very low monthly rent. Has everything I need and more. A private room to store wheels, tires and parts. Has two hydraulic lifts, all plumbed with air and water hook ups. I have a little bit of office space. I can work 24/7 too! Not having to work bankers hours will be vital to me. Late nights and sunday availability! Only down fall is open bays LOL I'm waiting on my tire machines to get here so that I can be open for business. Other than that I'm excited. No more outsourcing means better pricing. The owners are cool as hell. my rent includes all utilities!

We all gotta start somewhere. I started my biz out my garage and moved to a nice shop in about 6 months. Best of luck with it and I'll stop by and meet ya next time I go to the tile place around the corner.
