How much paint???

How many quarts do i need to paint a 2000 NBS Chevy silverado reg cab....I wanna do a color change which means paint all jams and inside the bed....I would appreciate the help thanx

I heard a guy say one time that its about 7oz per panel on a rough estimate

that can be accurate, if the panel is uniform, with no other burn throughs to other colors, and based on color coverage, weather its a poor hiding color.
