cuttin front fenders on 1st gen s-10

how is the best way to do it..cause i wanna drop it on 20's need to know whats the best way to do it... never down it before...i tried it a few yrs bck on my old nini and never got around to doin it and i forgot what to do it rite cause i dont like ni**er rigged shit....any help thanks
