wheel tub question?????

this is my 1st go around with do tubs in a bed.my question is this;do i weld them with the whel center whiled layed out or is the axle repositioning not a big deal.whats the best way to go about this. thanks in advance

Yep, you want them to clear when layed out... and set up your axle first.
