OK so my Question is first off does anyone have pics of this done? AND secondly what would be the best way to go about this? Im thinking of using some type of foam filler to fill the large hole areas. Then sanding it smooth and wraping it in like 3 layers of 6oz. fiber glass then smoothing it all and primering it. Also I'd have to trim back the two pecies that stick out farther than the bumper. Is there a better way of doing this?
BEFORE.

What I want the front bumper to look like.

the one in the rendering looks much shorter then a stock one but if you wanted it that short i would possibly consider a valence off a 94-97 s10

might help if i finish what i was saying before i post... but get a valence off one of those then trim it down to fit like that

it probobly looks shorter because the truck in the rendering is doored so you would have to trim a considerable amount off the bottom
