if it doesnt air up past 100 try checking your steel braided line for leaks...

I had the same problem and it turned out to be that

now its not airing up ....at all p.o.s.

just ordet the viair 480 dual pack and be done.

I ORDERED 2 KITS WITH 3 DAY SHIPPING FOR 80BUCKS ....SO WE WILL SEE IF THIS FIXES THE PROBLEM

HAS NE ONE REBUILT ONE BEFORE IF SO IS IT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS OR IS THERE SOME BS

The rebuild kit is pretty easy to install, but it sux having to rebuild a pump that should be under warranty...
We're a distributor and haven't been able to reach them for weeks, either.
Haven't been able to get pumps reliably in stock since FEBRUARY!!
At least one good thing came out of the AZ mess- we're rolling with Viair now!

my buddy's did that but it wouldn't air up past 40 psi

they kissed my arce when i called them and some guy that sounded like a towell head hooked me up w/ 2 kits shipped for 80$ .....he told me to send it back for warranty but what the f was i supposed to do in the mean time......big dummy

my az went out on me after running it 1day. the flapper valve was stuck shut and caused the air to build up and crack the piston ring. i got in contact w/ one of the techs who gave me a direct line number to one of the warranty guys. he took care of everything right there. i was very pleased w/ their customer service and will be using az's for awhile.

yeah mine done the same thing and i just gave up and put a engine driven on it work better and faster
