i got owned today...

i just got moved back up to college and i was outside replacing some fittings on my truck. this guy walks by and starts looking at my truck and asking questions about it. so we started talking. he then starts telling me about his cousin who ownes a shop and has some bagged trucks and stuff. i was kind of skeptical because we're in Mississippi and this stuff isn't that common. i wasn't sure if he was making it up or not, so i asked him what his cousins name was. he said Clyde. and i thought to myself...nah, so i asked him what the name of his shop was and he said Silver Star Customs. i couldn't believe it. so he told about how he used to hang out in the shop and we talked about the blazerado etc. anyway, i thought that was cool and its a small world.

because he was telling me all this stuff about his cousin's shop and rides, and i didn't believe him. i have met people before that have been talking to me about my truck and they make up all this stuff to look cool, but they really don't even know what an airbag is. one time, someone actually looked in my bed at my rear setup and asked me if it was my engine. therefore...my first reaction was to think he was just making it up and i didn't believe him. then i find out his cousin built the baddest mini on the planet twice (blazerado), so i would consider that being owned in my book.

Owned? Did he give you a mushroom bruise or something?

not necessarily owned, just uhhh informed? thats cool though, does he live around there or something?
