if someone is interested in a daul cab shell i will see what i can find .. but u better have deep pockets cos it isnt going to be cheap to ship!! actually come to think of it most of this will be exspensive to ship but a i will still get prices ect

maybe I wasnt clear, FINDING the parts is no problem. ebay.au, or even call any australian isuzu dealer and order the parts.
The problem is in SHIPPING. Nothing else. If you want people to order, solve the SHIPPING problem. otherwise, what good is a 655 dollar price quote? It could be $1 for all it matters, if it costs $1000 to ship it and you have to pay extra to crate it and container it and it takes 4 months to get it just to the US port where you have to arrange a SECOND shipping carrier to bring it inland, what have you saved?
The shipping problem, thats the crux.

yeah i see ur point russ but these things take time .. surely u must be able to ship things at a resonable price i mean lots of parts must come from china or taiwan??!
as said im no expert i would just be really interested to see what u guys can do with the gear!

i would love to get a hold of a true 4 door Ranger cab, saw a pic of one in Mexico, and i think you guy's have them over there too. But they look way different besides there right hand drive too.

they come in bulk, guys fill containers and there is a seller on one end and a buyer on the other. The JDM engine guys here in the US buy whole containers full of engines. Part warehouses buy whole containers of fenders and hoods. We are talking about buying one bumper, or one hood, or even one front clip, not sold to a business in a port town but instead sold to a single guy in BFE (thats a US term for Bumfuck, Egypt, it means no where near anything). Thats how it is done currently with parts from China or Japan. UPS, FED EX, DHL, none of them will ship oversize packages at a reasonable price. The quote I got was FOB shipping ("free on board" which essentially means if it falls off the ship, oops! there is no insurance against damage or loss) was 288 dollars for a BUMPER. Nevermind the valance. A bumper that sells on ebay.au for 30 bucks.
You can try the airlines, in fact if there is a US military base in AU you can buddy up to them, they get an AMAZING shipping rate on all kinds of stuff because it comes to an APO by transport, instead of typical mail. Or the airline idea. Thats the first I have heard of that, and you probably realize by now that I am not the least bit unfamiliar with trying to get something from THERE to HERE.

they are mazdas over there. Made by mazda, licensed by ford, mazda didnt quit making trucks in 1994 when they started selling ford badged mazdas over here, they just quit selling them here. You can buy a brand new honest to goodness mazda 4 door PU in australia. With a diesel engine! luxalicious is like "so what big deal" but here guys are freaking.
