Need Help With Navigator

I've got a 1999 Navigator AWD with a 5.4 Intek engine. It is leaking coolant out of the body somewhere. I think it is the heater core but not 100% positive. Has anyne replaced one of these? If so, pointers? And do I need to pull the dash? If anyone has access to diagrams form Mitchell or any of the others that would be great.

Also, the air coming out of the a/c vents smells like antifreeze.
