pop-up gas cap

hmmm, im planning on using the flush gas cap as well. I'm due for an inspection so once its in i'll post up the results

Well, it won't pass here in texas that's for sure. They do need to do the pressure testing. Depending where you go, they'll pass you. Especially if that is the only problem that is not allowing you to pass. I used to have my fuel cell exposed in the bed, and I just handed the guy extra $5 and i passed the gas cap pressure test.

Then I went to the Chopper gas cap and I haven't been to inspection because I know I will get more shit for it, since I don't have any rear reflectors, 3rd brake light and all kinds of shit. I just buy the damn thing.

They don't pass in CA. So bring your stock gas cap.

where would i find a pop up chopper cap and neck to put into my bedfloor? i dont know of any companies that sell em.

I used to get them dirt cheap and sell them to people here at my cost plus shipping, but the cost just about doubled on them. So check out eBay. Don't pay more than $65.

I sell the Matt Hotch one that is very nice, very good quality. One of my employees put one in his S10 and the emissions guy passed him fine.(here in AZ) This one comes with a weld in bung that has a lip on it so it welds in flush. i bought a cap off ebay that had the lip so it welds flush and it was like $55. heres pics:
