widest wheel size in rear of stock gen 3 s-10

without modding the leafspring location whats the widest wheel in the rear that I can go 8.5?? 9?? I want to make a cheap track vehicle w/ the v8 being put in soon, but I dont want to fab the truck too much w/ my c10 project in the works as well

i got 20x10 in the rear of my s-10, and i dont know the off set just call boyd up and asked them if they can make a 20x10 tuck and they said yeah, so i got them

10" wide with a 6" back spacing clears perfect

well i have a set or corvette z/06 rims there 18x10 1/2 they fit in there with a 3 inch spacer they look like there were meant to be there...

my s10 was 2nd gen and i had a 15x10 on there not sure what back spacing was but it fit perfect and i think if i remember corectly 3rd gen is 97+

82-93 is 1st
94-96 or whatever would be second
97-?? would be 3rd...

It's a 2003 stepside std. cab thanks for the info. I just want to run like a 16" or 17" diameter rim and put some drag radials on it. I have the 5/6 drop from belltech for it thats why I ask for the stock leaf location. so it looks like 10" wide will go w/ the right backspace

well liek i said i got 18x10 1/2 i had 345/30/18 drag radials on it. no rubbing.have 3 inch spacers.itll work.

yea the only 3rd gen S-10s came out in brazil...if you have a 03, thats a 2nd gen...anything from 94 to 03 is 2nd...prior, 1st gen obviously
