i turn it on and nothing happens but i know its getting power, when i switch it off and it kind of rattles? what is wrong with my poor compressor?! HELP!

maybe the motor has seized?
or the piston is stuck or rod is bent? does it draw a lot of current when it's trying to pump or does it just do nothing at all

thats what i was figuring, cause sometimes i can turn it on and off real quick and itll start up, kind of like a runnin start? i ordered a new 480, and im gonna take that one apart and figure out whats up and fix it so i can finally run 2 comps on my longbed
