just look at mine

6.0L Crewcabs all have torsion front ends as well. The 4.8L and 5.3L 1500s are all coil spring front ends..

I dont think the actual 1500CC was available until 2004. The previous year 1500CC were all HDs, which I believe had the 8lug wheels and torsion front ends, etc.
